  The lady completely stopped contacting us. She said she'd work on our amendment and gave us a due date, I emailed her after the due date and she said she was out until the next week and she'll work on it then. Two weeks later I emailed her and she said she'll get to work on it and contact us when its done. I emailed again 2 weeks later and since then had no response. I called HR Block and asked for a new advisor and they sent me to the Urbana office who had the amendment completed and ready for mail in 2 hours.
